With a career in Financial Services spanning more than 35 years, I have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals, families, and businesses make informed financial decisions and achieve lasting financial security. My journey began in 1988 when I entered the Financial Services industry and completed my ILPA qualification, later being admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Life and Pensions Advisors (FILPA). Early in my career, I gained valuable leadership experience through various management roles before establishing my own brokerage in 2000. For over a decade, I successfully built and led a specialist practice focused on Investments, Employee Benefits, and Business Assurance. This entrepreneurial experience provided me with deep insights into the financial needs of both private and corporate clients, while reinforcing the importance of trusted, long-term relationships. In 2013, I returned to the corporate environment in a Regional Management role with a leading investment company before joining Sanlam as Business Manager for the Eastern Cape. In this capacity, I was responsible for leading a team of managers, administrators, and financial advisers, providing strategic direction and support across a large and diverse region. Having enjoyed a rewarding career in both advisory and leadership roles, I have chosen to return to my true passion: working directly with clients. As a Certified Financial Planner and Investment Specialist, I am committed to providing objective, professional advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and aspirations. I believe that successful financial planning is built on trust, expertise, and a genuine understanding of what matters most to each client. My mission is to help clients navigate financial complexity with confidence and create strategies that support their long-term financial wellbeing.
