Ages ago, this boy was born in Worcester, Cape. Finished school in Worcester Boys’ High, went for National Service in the South African Air Force for one year, 1971, and after basic training, stationed at Ysterplaat, doing duty as a Motor Transport Driver. Happy happy days, but never again, thank you. After about 6 years of teaching, I became a principal in the small village Stampriet, really the most wonderful people and parents of my school. We, my beloved Christa and I have 4 kids and 9 grandchildren, blessed After teaching for about 15 years, Hannes Minders visited me in Stampriet and invited me to Join Sanlam. I then resigned school and went to Gobabis where we were a lot of advisers in the office. I am a believer. Why does it take so long for people to become “seeing”, to lose your blindness? In my church I have served on the church council for many many years, nowadays my wife as well.
