Dashboard
The Secure Services dashboard displays the status of your products with the following Sanlam providers Sanlam Private Wealth, Glacier, Sanlam Savings, Sanlam Individual Life, Sanlam SKY, Sanlam Collective Investments, Satrix, Sanlam Reality, Sanlam Employee Benefits, Sanlam Trust, Sanlam Personal Loans.
Portfolio
The portfolio section of this portal not only offers a real-time overview of all your savings, investments, retirement and risk product values and contributions, but you can also access more detailed information and secure transactions. The transactions available differ by product, but include managing your funds on a savings plan or investment, and making additional payments – safely and securely.
Documents
In the Document section, you can view documents pertaining to your Sanlam plans and policies. This includes client agreements and contracts, statements, tax certificates and more. It also contains a digital copy of your will, if Sanlam has one on file for you. All these documents can be either downloaded or emailed from the portal.
Forms
Here you can find forms to update your debit order details, provide notice of cession, update beneficiaries and nominees for retirement funds
Document Vault
You can also upload relevant or important personal documentation to your own document vault such as ID documents, marriage or birth certificates etc. This way it’s available to you when you need it – all in one safe place.
Personal details
View and update your personal details with all the Sanlam providers with whom you have products.

All service requests received by the Sanlam Client Care Centre are listed in this area.
